Refunds are considered for eligible orders after the return or complaint has been reviewed and approved.

If a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and method will be communicated to the customer.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment method and applicable banking or payment-service processing times.

For Cash on Delivery orders, any approved refund arrangement will be communicated directly to the customer.

Pure Aftabi Shilajit reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the requirements of our Return & Exchange Policy, subject to applicable law.
