Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or visibly defective product, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide your order details and clear photographs/videos of the issue.

Our team will review the request and, where applicable, arrange an exchange or another appropriate resolution.

Product Condition

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging when a return is approved, unless the issue involves damage or an incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been opened or used, except where required by applicable law or where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
